Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and courier handover. During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch (processing time is separate). Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, remote areas, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Courier Service
We ship using trusted courier partners such as Aramex. Courier selection may vary depending on destination, service availability, and operational requirements.
Shipping Charges, VAT, Duties & Taxes
UAE orders
- Free shipping on all UAE orders.
- UAE orders are subject to VAT, calculated at checkout where applicable.
GCC orders
- Free shipping on all GCC orders.
- GCC orders may be subject to VAT and/or sales tax depending on the destination, calculated at checkout where applicable.
International orders (UK, Europe, Switzerland, North America, Asia, Oceania)
For supported international destinations, the price shown at checkout is intended to be all-inclusive, meaning:
- shipping is included, and
- duties & taxes are included at checkout, so you should not receive surprise charges at delivery.
Customs verification: Customs authorities or couriers may request additional details (such as national ID or address clarification). Prompt response helps prevent delays.
Exceptional cases: In rare situations (for example, incorrect customer-provided details, delivery refusal, re-delivery requests, storage fees due to non-response, or other exceptional handling), additional fees may apply. If you are contacted for unexpected payment, please contact us before paying: customercare@byfarida.co.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link (where available). If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or email customercare@byfarida.co.
Address Requirements & Delivery Details
Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/villa number, building name/number, area/community, and a valid mobile number (required for delivery updates). We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery attempts / non-delivery: If delivery attempts fail because the recipient is unavailable or unreachable, the courier may reattempt delivery, hold the package locally, or return it to us. If a package is returned due to failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional reshipping/handling fees may apply before reshipment.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately (for example: availability, packaging requirements, or dispatch location). If this happens, you will receive tracking updates for each shipment where applicable.
