Orders
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Please email customercare@byfarida.co with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email customercare@byfarida.co with your full name and the email used at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to selected destinations across the UAE, GCC, UK, Europe (EU + Switzerland), North America, Asia, and Oceania. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays). Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, or peak periods.
Delivery timelines vary by destination. Please refer to the delivery-time table in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (and tracking link where available). If you need help, email customercare@byfarida.co.
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Charges, Duties & Taxes
Yes, UAE shipping is free. UAE orders are subject to VAT, calculated at checkout where applicable.
Yes, GCC shipping is free. GCC orders may be subject to VAT and/or sales tax depending on destination, calculated at checkout where applicable.
For supported international destinations, our checkout is designed to be all-inclusive, with duties & taxes included at checkout, so you should not receive surprise charges at delivery. Customs authorities or couriers may request additional information (such as national ID or address clarification) to process delivery.
International pricing may vary to reflect destination-related costs such as shipping, duties, and taxes, so the total shown at checkout is intended to be final.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently offer returns and exchanges within the UAE only, within 7 days of delivery.
Please submit our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.
At this time, international orders are final sale.
Please email customercare@byfarida.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Sizing & Fit
Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you need help selecting a size, email customercare@byfarida.co.
All byFarida pieces are designed with a relaxed fit. We recommend choosing your normal size for a true-to-size look.
Product Care
All garments are DRY CLEAN ONLY. Please follow any additional care instructions on the garment label.
Stock & Restocks
Some styles are produced in limited quantities. If a restock is planned, we may offer a waitlist on the product page. You can also email customercare@byfarida.co.
