We currently offer exchange within UAE and GCC countries within 7 days of delivery. No returns.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/style is unavailable, we will contact you by email with available options.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are final sale.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email customercare@byfarida.co within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and resolve as quickly as possible.
